Regional Airport United States Customs Facility

Vero Beach, Florida The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the component within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security responsible for Managing, securing, and controlling the nation’s borders by enforcing federal laws pertaining to the entry of people and objects, both animate and inanimate, into the United States. CPZ Architects was hired to design a new CBP facility at the regional airport in Vero Beach. Port St. Lucie Public Works Consolidated Facility

Port St. Lucie, Florida CPZ Architects has been selected by the City of Port St Lucie as the Design Criteria Professionals for the new Public Works Consolidated facility. The new facility is planned to be constructed on the current Public Works Site and will include administration offices, warehouse storage and fleet maintenance. The new facility will be home to several divisions of Public Works including Surveying, Construction & Permitting Inspections, Environmental Services, Drainage & Streets, Fleet & Facilities, Stormwater & NPDES and Traffic. Port St. Lucie Police Training Facilities

Port St. Lucie, Florida CPZ Architects has been chosen to develop the Design Criteria package for the new Police Training Facility for Port St. Lucie. The new facility will be an addition to the City Municipal Complex, which houses City Hall, Police Station, and Building Department. This process includes the building design, site plan approval, civil engineering, site drainage, and environmental reviews. The building was designed at approximately 26,787 SF and includes a 20-lane tactical target range measuring 40 yards. The support spaces in the facility include a control room for the firing range, a MILO training room, storage for ammo and armory, and administrative offices. The auditorium and range will not only benefit the city but can also be leased out to other law enforcement agencies. MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA The Special Operation Marine Unit of the Martin County Sherriff’s Department is looking to improve their unit with a facility that will help take them to the next level of service and commitment to the county. Police Horse Barn

Fort Lauderdale, Florida The most sustainable architecture is often the design that stands the test of time. We designed the Fort Lauderdale police horse barn in 1994. And it looks and works just as well today as it did when the barn doors opened 27 years ago!
