CPZ Architects has been selected by the City of Port St Lucie as the Design Criteria Professionals for the new Public Works Consolidated facility. The new facility is planned to be constructed on the current Public Works Site and will include administration offices, warehouse storage and fleet maintenance. The new facility will be home to several divisions of Public Works including Surveying, Construction & Permitting Inspections, Environmental Services, Drainage & Streets, Fleet & Facilities, Stormwater & NPDES and Traffic. Our design team has designed the facility and processing the facility through Site Plan Approval and Civil Permitting.
