CPZ Architects is rooted in community. We infuse community engagement, empowerment, and participation into our designs. And we support our community through meaningful volunteerism.
Good design is about integrating architecture into the neighborhood, respecting historical context, and engaging the community.
Whether it’s introducing STEM concepts to kids or swinging a hammer, we’re active participants in the communities we work and live in.
One of our favorite volunteer activities is participating in Habitat for Humanity’s Team Build Days. Not only does our team enjoy getting out of the office and feel fulfilled by creating homes for families in need, but they also get hands-on construction experience. Not every architect has the opportunity to literally raise the walls on a design they’ve created!
