Tamarac Water Control

Retained by the City of Tamarac, CPZ Architects reimagined the Water Treatment facility for the Tamarac’s Utilities West complex. The completely new building will not only house new treatment units and a controls room, but the interior design includes offices, laboratory space, and mechanical and electrical rooms. Instead of the typical monolithic treatment facility exterior, our creative design process resulted in a mixture of facade stone materials, and included windows to capture daylight, and modern exterior catwalks.
