Port St. Lucie Public Works Consolidated Facility

Port St. Lucie, Florida CPZ Architects has been selected by the City of Port St Lucie as the Design Criteria Professionals for the new Public Works Consolidated facility. The new facility is planned to be constructed on the current Public Works Site and will include administration offices, warehouse storage and fleet maintenance. The new facility will be home to several divisions of Public Works including Surveying, Construction & Permitting Inspections, Environmental Services, Drainage & Streets, Fleet & Facilities, Stormwater & NPDES and Traffic. Port St. Lucie Police Training Facilities

Port St. Lucie, Florida CPZ Architects has been chosen to develop the Design Criteria package for the new Police Training Facility for Port St. Lucie. The new facility will be an addition to the City Municipal Complex, which houses City Hall, Police Station, and Building Department. This process includes the building design, site plan approval, civil engineering, site drainage, and environmental reviews. The building was designed at approximately 26,787 SF and includes a 20-lane tactical target range measuring 40 yards. The support spaces in the facility include a control room for the firing range, a MILO training room, storage for ammo and armory, and administrative offices. The auditorium and range will not only benefit the city but can also be leased out to other law enforcement agencies. Marine Patrol Facility

MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA The Special Operation Marine Unit of the Martin County Sherriff’s Department is looking to improve their unit with a facility that will help take them to the next level of service and commitment to the county. Buddhist Temple of Florida

Okeechobee, Florida CPZ Architects has been chosen to design a new Buddhist Temple for the Wat Nitadsasanakhun monks of Okeechobee County, Fl. The project is to be split into two buildings. The +/- 5000 SF Temple and a separate +/- 900 SF adjacent restroom and kitchen facility. The temple (meeting hall) is to be used as a place for worship and meditation for the monks as well as a home to the east orientated Buddhist statue, known as a “Buddha”. Lakeside Park

Coconut Creek, Florida The Lakeside Park project in Coconut Creek, Florida involved the renovation of an 4existing parcel as well as the redevelopment of a new adjacent parcel of land totaling approximately 589,633 SF. The extensive park upgrades included a new 2300 SF outdoor amphitheater, 900 SF restroom building, (2) 40’ x 50’ basketball courts, (1) 30’ x 60’ beach volleyball court, (1) multi-purpose athletic field (approximately 195’x330’), outdoor pavilion and gaming area. Upgrades also included outdoor fitness equipment area, parking lot for approximately 50 vehicles, an 8’ wide pedestrian walkway, drinking fountains, park benches, bicycle racks, trash cans, fencing enclosing entire park (including existing and new parcel), as well as a food truck staging area....
