CPZ Architects has been chosen to design a new Buddhist Temple for the Wat Nitadsasanakhun monks of Okeechobee County, Fl.

The project is to be split into two buildings. The +/- 5000 SF Temple and a separate +/- 900 SF adjacent restroom and kitchen facility. The temple (meeting hall) is to be used as a place for worship and meditation for the monks as well as a home to the east orientated Buddhist statue, known as a “Buddha”. The temple will be surrounded by exterior porches used for celebration and meditation.
