In 2020, CPZ began design of a brand new 26,000 SF Chevrolet Dealership for the Dyer Auto Group. The concrete block structure is clad with aluminum composite panels that provide a modern aesthetic while maintaining a recognizable brand identity. The building features approximately 11,700 SF of showroom/office space and an additional 12,500 SF of service area containing eighteen (18) service bays in the rear of the building.
