In 2023 CPZ began design on a Level 2 Alteration of the existing 60,000 sf Vatland Honda Dealership. The extensive exterior renovations include a brand-new façade design incorporating both aluminum composite and concrete panels, over 160 linear feet of curtain wall, an expansive cantilevered canopy, as well as an innovative outdoor vehicle display. Interior renovations include a complete 1st floor redesign incorporating a new office and showroom layout, restroom renovations, and a new “cookie” bar. Renovation of Vatland Honda is slated for completion in late 2025.
