74th Street Passive Park

COCONUT CREEK, FLORIDA

CPZ Architects completed the conceptual site plan of the 74^th Street Passive Park in Coconut Creek. The park is an amenity for the community, and consists of an open playing field, four exercise stations, bench seating, signage, parking, bike racks, new fence and gate, extension of existing trail, and improvements to the landscaping.
