Hyatt Regency Hotel Waterpark

BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA

CPZ Architects provided Full Architectural and Engineering design services as part of a larger water park and pool expansion for the Hyatt Regency Hotel at Coconut Point, Bonita Springs, Florida. The design concept was to maintain the hotels tropical feel in the accessory building and design the water slide and lazy river into an Old Florida backwoods area. Some features included:

• Water Park 2 speed slides, 1 slide and Lazy River
• Water Slide Tower and Old Florida Theming
• Patio pool deck and landscaping
• Fully air-conditioned men’s and women’s public restroom building
• Food and Beverage Pavilion
• Pump Rooms and Chemical storage building.
