Claremont Hotel, Hilton

CPZ Architects developed the remodel designs for the five-story, 37,693-square foot historic 1940s Claremont Hotel. We worked closely with the Miami Beach Historical Board to ensure the project met their requirements on everything from matching and replacing original architectural elements to building an addition that blends with the original structure’s style. The project included:

• Updating the interior to the latest Hilton-Hampton Inn Standards
• Preserving the original mid-century/art deco exterior
• New sundeck and rooftop pool
• New plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
