Fire Station #8

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL

CPZ Architects designed our hometown Fort Lauderdale’s Fire Station #8, home to two Advanced Life Support Units—Rescue 8 and Engine 8. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, a modern facade graces the 11,000-square foot single story station. The exterior’s clean lines are consistent with the City’s overall character. With three bays, seven dormitories, four restrooms, and a separate public entry, the fire station design includes all the amenities expected in a state-of-the-art fire station serving Broward County’s busiest municipal fire-rescue department.
