Crown Center Retail Plaza & Parking Structure, Midgard Management

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA Midgard Management, Inc., one of south Florida’s premiere commercial property management companies, commissioned CPZ Architects to design a new retail center and four-story 200,000-square foot parking garage within an existing business complex. This will be an additional LEED certified project in the complex, which is the largest LEED-certified privately owned campus in Florida.
