CPZ Architects was retained by the City of Sunrise for the renovation and addition to their Senior Center facility.

Facility consists of the following new amenities: fitness room, game room, arts & craft room, computer class room, teaching kitchen, and newly renovated community room.

Site improvements include additional new parking, and HVAC upgrades.
