CPZ was retained by Nova Southeastern University (NSU) to transform a 2,082 Sq. Ft. vacant space within the existing Oceanography Center at Dania Beach into an Oceanography Laboratory with Specimen Storage and Supply room.

NSU brought CPZ on board to plan the space, coordinate the design and prepare the Construction Documents.
