• CPZ Architects was retained by the City of Miami Gardens to design a 500 seat Amphitheater at the Miami Gardens Community Center.
• Project is currently under construction. The overall construction budget was $750,000.

Low bid came in at $695,000.

• Site consists of 300 seats on concrete stone retaining wall seating and 200 lawn seats. Facility consists of stage, dressing rooms, storage room and restrooms.
• Site development includes pedestrian pathways connecting to existing community center, concession stands and restroom buildings.
