Melba is one of CPZ’s Project Managers. She has more than 35 years of experience working in new construction, facility renovations, and tenant interior improvements. From design concept and site planning to specifications and construction administration to project close-out, Melba’s 36 years of experience and expertise shines through each step of every project. Her clients range across the transportation, education, hospitality, and municipal sectors.
