From a young age, Jonathan Quiceno’s passion for creation led him to dream of shaping spaces that endure. While his childhood aspirations initially leaned towards science, it was the world of architecture that truly captured his imagination as he matured. Jon’s educational journey led him to pursue an architectural design associate degree, which equipped him with the necessary skills to embark on a fulfilling career. After having moved to Florida from Colombia, Jon joined Casa Conde, an esteemed interior design firm in Fort Lauderdale. During this time, Jon balanced full time employment with nighttime studies in architecture at Florida Atlantic University. Jon graduated from FAU in 2023.
Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to encounter exceptional mentors. Each imparting their wisdom and leaving an enduring mark on his professional journey. He is a naturally analytical, observant, and adaptable person. Whether collaborating on intricate projects or engaging with different stakeholders, Jon thrives on the ability to mold himself to meet the needs of any situation. Jon’s advice to emerging architects would be to remain steadfast in their pursuit of their calling; to embrace consistency and dedication, recognizing that architecture is a journey of mastery and continual learning.
