Senior Project Manager

Jayson has served as project manager on a number of CPZ Architects’ most significant projects.  He brings to his management role the commitment to not only meet, but anticipate and exceed, his client’s needs.  Jayson’s record of meeting client goals for on time, in budget performance, combined with responsive aesthetic and functional design solutions, has resulted in valued long-term relationships with both public and private sector clients.

 

As senior project manager, Jayson performs initial concept design, site planning, develops construction documents, construction administration and final project close-out. His capabilities in all aspects of architectural design include the creation of project concepts to detailing and coordinating construction documents. Jayson’s particular skill in the project’s construction phase ensures timely response to contractor queries, resolution of any issues, and completion of the facility in accordance with the plans and specifications. Jayson offers unique and precise attention to detail on construction documents.

Jayson’s project experience includes both new construction and existing facility renovations, as well as tenant interior improvements and building upgrades. He has served as project manager on such diverse project types as parks and recreational complexes, commercial facilities, community centers, and office and public safety buildings, with particular experience working with municipal government clients.

Jayson joined CPZ Architects, Inc. in 2005 after earning his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Florida Atlantic University. With the knowledge received that you will always be learning this profession and that’s why it is called practice, Jayson utilizes each tool he gains in every project and implements it into the next one. The best advice Jayson has for the next generation of architects is if you want to become a knowledgeable architect, it takes patience, long hours, hard work and working in the field.
