Belize Airport

BELIZE AIRPORT, BELIZE CPZ Architects was retained to design a new cutting-edge International Airport in the country of Belize. This is the first in its class for this country and will be later expanded for additional air traffic. The structure is comprised of a 2-story building, full glass walls and the loading and unloading of passengers, through all-glass jet ways from/to large size intercontinental type airplanes. Crown Center Retail Plaza & Parking Structure, Midgard Management

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA Midgard Management, Inc., one of south Florida’s premiere commercial property management companies, commissioned CPZ Architects to design a new retail center and four-story 200,000-square foot parking garage within an existing business complex. This will be an additional LEED certified project in the complex, which is the largest LEED-certified privately owned campus in Florida. The design addresses the city’s redevelopment plan to enhance the streetscape and act as a focal point for other improvements while improving connectivity and enhancement to the corporate campus.
