Howard Park | West Palm Beach

CPZ Architects designed Fire Station #4 and participated in community outreach with the local Historic Community. We have taken what we learned from the Community during those outreach events for the fire station and applied them to the conceptual design of the Howard Park Community Center.

As a local firm we have a passion and sensitivity towards the historical features of the park, bringing out the true nature and beauty of West Palm.

In effort to preserve the beautiful landscape, the architecture blends the lines between building and landscape. The existing building from 1961 inspired the design with heavy timber trusses.

Multipurpose rooms, a youth area, an indoor/outdoor cafe lounge, covered outdoor area for yoga, art, parties, and many other uses provide a positive community driven space for all ages.
