Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

BAND is in contract with Broward County to purchase single family residences funded by the federal government through NSP.  Portions of these funds are to make repairs to residences & eliminate code violations for future sale of the property.  Some features include: new impact doors & windows, new roof & wood trusses, new finishes, new appliances, kitchen & bath renovations, new energy star HVAC, new light fixtures & electrical, new plumbing fixtures, and landscape work.
