Fairway Park Child Care Renovation

 CPZ Architects has completed construction administration for the renovation of the interior space of the Fairway Park Child Care facility. Renovations included providing two classrooms, a toddler room, an infant room, a children’s unisex toilet, potty training toilet, boy’s and girl’s gang restrooms, Janitor/Laundry room, Food warming counter, renovation of existing ADA toilet rooms, and mechanical and electrical systems upgrade . The entire interior space was reconfigured to meet program requirements and upgraded to meet current building code and child care code requirements. The space received new finishes to reflect the environment of a preschool, including marker board paint at classrooms.
