Midgard Management, Inc., one of South Florida’s premier commercial property management companies has commissioned CPZ Architects for a new commercial parking garage and retail center within an existing business complex. The four story parking structure will expand to over 200,000 square feet and the one story masonry structure retail shopping center shall range to 25,000 square feet.
The outdoor public design, which boarders the main road, will address the city’s redevelopment issues to enhance streetscape and act as a focal point of local design improvements. This multi-use project will serve both the existing campus tenants as well as the general public. It will include retail, restaurants, an open Japanese Garden for public/private events, electric car charging stations, rain water reservoir, decorative façade, bicycle stations, and overall enhancement of campus connectivity.
The new Crown Center Plaza construction will be an additional LEED certified project to the existing campus, which holds rank as the largest LEED certified privately owned campus in the state of Florida.
