Client Goals / Results:
At the heart of the design program, was a requirement to provide maximum visibility from the reception desk to the entry plaza and as many tennis courts as possible. The design solution utilizes a clerestory lobby and reception area that has been rotated and pushed forward to provide maximum visibility. The operating personnel have clear visibility of well as all the surrounding tennis courts. The clerestory windows allow natural light to filter into the lobby glare on the reception desk due to the orientation within the lobby space.
