Client Goals / Results:
As Vice President for Sharf & Associates, Chris P. Zimmerman was in charge of the completion construction documents, permitting and construction administration of this 18,000-square foot building and complex. This facility consists of 6,000 SF. of office, administration and showroom space, 9,500 SF. of warehouse and repair facilities and 3,000 SF of 2nd floor shell space for future expansion of office functions. The building houses all departmental personnel involved with operations, sales and maintenance of gas appliances and the extensive gas utility system operated by the City.
